If the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission or its\n\nrepresentative determines that an individual has been overpaid\n\nunemployment benefits pursuant to Section 2-613 of this title for\n\nfraud overpayment or claimant error overpayment, the individual\n\nshall be sent a notice of overpayment determination. If the\n\nindividual disagrees with this determination, the individual may\n\nfile an appeal of the determination with the Appeal Tribunal within\n\ntwenty (20) days after the date of the mailing of the notice to the\n\nindividual's last-known address or, if the notice is not mailed,\n\nwithin twenty (20) days after the date of the delivery of the\n\nnotice. If the individual fails to appeal the determination within\n\nthe time provided, without good cause, then the determination will\n\nbe deemed final and no further appeal shall be allowed.\n\nB. If the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission or its\n\nrepresentative determines that an individual has been overpaid\n\nunemployment benefits pursuant to paragraph 3 of Section 2-613 of\n\nthis title relating to administrative overpayment, the individual\n\nshall be sent a notice of overpayment determination.
