Stat. tit. 40, § 40-2-706","heading":"State \"on\" indicator","body":"STATE \"ON\" INDICATOR.\n\nThere is a \"state 'on' indicator\" for this state for a week if\n\nthe Oklahoma Employment Security Commission determines, in\n\naccordance with the regulations of the Secretary of Labor of the\n\nUnited States, that for the period consisting of such week and the\n\nimmediately preceding twelve (12) weeks, the rate of insured\n\nunemployment, not seasonally adjusted:\n\n1. Equaled or exceeded one hundred twenty percent (120%) of the\n\naverage of such rates for the corresponding thirteen-week period\n\nending in each of the preceding two (2) calendar years, and equaled\n\nor exceeded five percent (5%); or\n\n2.
