Stat. tit. 40, § 40-2-707","heading":"State \"off\" indicator","body":"STATE \"OFF\" INDICATOR.\n\nThere is a \"state 'off' indicator\" for this state for a week if\n\nthe Commission determines, in accordance with the regulations of the\n\nSecretary of Labor of the United States, that for the period\n\nconsisting of such week and the immediately preceding twelve (12)\n\nweeks, the rate of insured unemployment, not seasonally adjusted was\n\neither:\n\n1. Less than six percent (6%) and was less than one hundred\n\ntwenty percent (120%) of the average of such rates for the\n\ncorresponding thirteen-week period ending in each of the preceding\n\ntwo (2) calendar years; or\n\n2.
