Except when the result would be inconsistent\n\nwith the other provisions of this section, as provided in the rules\n\nof the Commission, the provisions of this act which apply to claims\n\nfor, or the payment of, regular benefits shall apply to claims for,\n\nand the payment of, extended benefits including, but not limited to,\n\nclaim filing, claimant reporting and registration, information to\n\nclaimants, notices to claimants of their weekly and total extended\n\nbenefit amounts determinations, redeterminations, appeals and\n\nreview, week for which benefits are paid, disqualifications and\n\neligibility requirements, but excluding those provisions which apply\n\nto any waiting period, monetary qualifying or requalifying\n\nrequirements and the computation of weekly and total amounts of\n\nregular benefits.","path":["OK Code","Title 40"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os40.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"da9060668693cab5da18b297e4e9e5f98e982407e5e8b61541dd070e786db1cd","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-40-40-2-712","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-40-40-2-715"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
