Stat. tit. 40, § 40-2-717","heading":"Total amount of extended benefits payable","body":"TOTAL AMOUNT OF EXTENDED BENEFITS PAYABLE. The total extended\n\nbenefit amount payable to any eligible individual with respect to\n\nhis applicable benefit year shall be the least of the following\n\namounts:\n\n(1) fifty percent (50%) of the total amount of regular benefits\n\nwhich were payable to him under this act, during his applicable\n\nbenefit year;\n\n(2) thirteen (13) times his average weekly benefit amount as\n\ndetermined in subsection (1) of this section which was payable to\n\nhim under this act, for a week of total unemployment during such\n\nbenefit year;\n\n(3) thirty-nine (39) times his average weekly benefit amount as\n\ndetermined in subsection (1) of Section 2-716 payable to him under\n\nthis act, for a week of total unemployment during such benefit year,\n\nreduced by the regular benefits paid, or deemed paid, to him during\n\nsuch benefit year.\n\n(4) If an individual is entitled to more extended benefits as a\n\nresult of an appeal which afforded him more regular benefits, an\n\nappropriate change shall be made in the individual's total extended\n\nbenefit amount.\n\n(5) If an individual who has received extended benefits for a\n\nweek or weeks of unemployment is determined to be entitled to more\n\nregular benefits with respect to such week or weeks as the result of\n\nan appeal, the extended benefits paid to him shall be treated as if\n\nthey were regular benefits up to the greater amount of regular\n\nbenefits to which he has been determined to be entitled.
