Stat. tit. 40, § 40-2-720","heading":"Commission to ensure compliance","body":"\n\nCOMMISSION TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE. In the administration of the\n\nprovisions of this Part which are enacted to conform with the\n\nrequirements of the Federal-State Extended Unemployment Compensation\n\nAct of 1970, and the Unemployment Compensation Amendments of 1976,\n\nthe Commission shall take such action as may be necessary to ensure\n\nthat the provisions are so interpreted and applied so as to meet the\n\nrequirements of such federal act as interpreted by the Department of\n\nLabor of the United States, and to secure to this state the full\n\nreimbursement of the federal share of extended benefits paid under\n\nthis act that are reimbursable under the federal act.","path":["OK Code","Title 40"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os40.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"3ed16de55356ba772b8d3f562b667fcedd0613356b55dee577f1129098f43bfa","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-40-40-2-719","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-40-40-2-721"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
