Stat. tit. 40, § 40-3-116","heading":"Reconsideration of determination","body":"RECONSIDERATION OF DETERMINATION.\n\nA. The Oklahoma Employment Security Commission may reconsider a\n\ndetermination of the basis of:\n\n1. An error in computation;\n\n2. An error in identity;\n\n3. Misrepresentation of material facts;\n\n4. Mistake of material facts;\n\n5. An error in interpretation or application of the law; or\n\n6. A timely request made pursuant to paragraph 2 of subsection\n\nB of Section 3-115 of Title 40 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. A redetermination shall be made within three (3) years of\n\nthe last day of the month following the calendar quarter that is\n\nsubject to the redetermination.\n\nC.
