Stat. tit. 40, § 40-3-117","heading":"Findings of fact or law","body":"FINDINGS OF FACT OR LAW.\n\nAny findings of fact or law, judgment, conclusion or final order\n\nmade by the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission or its\n\nrepresentatives under Article 3 of the Employment Security Act of\n\n1980 shall be conclusive and binding for all purposes concerning\n\nthis act.
