If any employer defaults in any payment of\n\ncontributions, interest, penalty or fees thereon, the amount due may\n\nbe collected by civil action in the name of the State of Oklahoma.\n\nCivil actions brought under this section to collect contributions,\n\ninterest, penalty or fees thereon from an employer shall be heard by\n\nthe court at the earliest possible date and shall be entitled to\n\npreference upon the calendar of the court over all other civil\n\nactions except petitions for judicial review under this act.\n\nB. The courts of this state shall in like manner entertain\n\nactions to collect contributions, interest, penalty or fees thereon\n\nfor which liability has accrued under the unemployment compensation\n\nlaw of any other state or of the federal government.\n\nC.
