Stat. tit. 40, § 40-3-309","heading":"Collection of delinquent contributions, penalties,","body":"interest or fees.\n\nCOLLECTION OF DELINQUENT CONTRIBUTIONS, PENALTIES, INTEREST OR\n\nFEES.\n\nWhen a determination that an employer owes delinquent\n\ncontributions, penalties, interest or fees becomes final, the\n\nOklahoma Employment Security Commission shall be entitled to proceed\n\nby levy to collect any delinquent contribution and to collect any\n\npenalty, interest or fees due and owing as a result of the\n\ndelinquency.
