Stat. tit. 40, § 40-3-403","heading":"Petition for review and transcript of Commission","body":"proceedings.\n\nPETITION FOR REVIEW AND TRANSCRIPT OF COMMISSION PROCEEDINGS.\n\nWithin thirty (30) days after the date of mailing of the order,\n\nruling, or finding complained of, the party desiring to appeal shall\n\nfile in the office of the clerk of the district court of the county\n\nthat has the proper jurisdiction, a Petition for Review specifying\n\nthe grounds upon which the appeal is based. The Petition for Review\n\nshall set out the names of all parties to the case in the style of\n\nthe case, which shall include:\n\n1. The petitioner or entity filing the petition;\n\n2. The Assessment Board as a respondent; and\n\n3. All other parties in the proceeding before the Assessment\n\nBoard as respondents.\n\nIf a Petition for Review is not filed within the time allowed by\n\nthis section, the administrative order, ruling or finding will\n\nbecome final and the district court will not have jurisdiction to\n\nconsider the appeal. The appealing party shall serve a file-stamped\n\ncopy of the Petition for Review on all opposing parties or their\n\nattorneys and the Director of the Appellate Division of the Oklahoma\n\nEmployment Security Commission. The Director of the Appellate\n\nDivision shall then cause a certified transcript of the hearing to\n\nbe made which shall consist of all testimony of the parties, all\n\ndocumentary evidence and other evidence introduced at the hearing,\n\nand all decisions, judgments, or orders rendered as a result of the\n\nhearing. The Director of the Appellate Division shall then cause\n\nthe certified transcript to be filed in the appropriate district\n\ncourt within sixty (60) days of receipt of the Petition for Review.\n\nCopies of the transcript shall be mailed by the Director of the\n\nAppellate Division to all parties named in the style of the case on\n\nthe Petition for Review.","path":["OK Code","Title 40"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os40.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"55a6f731e5b6900d59bca397e1f859d77dc7e84372990af77a37ef30e5bbceca","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-40-40-3-401","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-40-40-3-404"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
