In lieu of the cash payment\n\nprovided for in Section 3-405 of this title, the employer may file\n\nwith the Commission a surety bond issued by an insurance company\n\nthat is licensed by the Oklahoma Insurance Department to issue\n\nsurety bonds in this state.
