If any contribution imposed by\n\nthe provisions of this act, or any portion of said contribution, be\n\nnot paid before the same becomes delinquent, the Commission may\n\nimmediately issue a warrant under its official seal, directed to the\n\nsheriff of any county of the state, commanding him to levy upon and\n\nsell any real or personal property of any delinquent employer found\n\nwithin his county for the payment of the delinquent contribution,\n\ninterest, penalty and fees and the cost of executing the warrant,\n\nand to return such warrant to the Commission, and to pay it any\n\nmoneys collected by virtue thereof, by a time to be therein\n\nspecified, not more than sixty (60) days from the date of the\n\nwarrant.","path":["OK Code","Title 40"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os40.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"2394e211f38fcb3c55e545a73f32541004e168577deee2e417a39ebd031f51b8","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-40-40-3-500","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-40-40-3-502"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
