Stat. tit. 40, § 40-3-502","heading":"Filing warrant with county clerk","body":"FILING WARRANT WITH COUNTY CLERK. The Commission may also file\n\na copy of its warrant with the county clerk of the county or\n\ncounties in which the employer has property and thereupon the county\n\nclerk shall index the warrant in the same manner as judgments using\n\nthe name of the delinquent employer named in the warrant, a short\n\nname for the contribution, or tax imposed, and the amount of the\n\ncontributions, interest, penalty and fees for which the warrant was\n\nissued, and the date upon which the copy was filed, and shall index\n\nthe warrant against the real property described therein, if any is\n\ndescribed.
