Stat. tit. 40, § 40-3-607","heading":"Requisitions from unemployment trust account","body":"REQUISITIONS FROM UNEMPLOYMENT TRUST ACCOUNT. Moneys\n\nrequisitioned from this state's account in the unemployment trust\n\nfund shall be used exclusively for the payment of benefits. The\n\nCommission shall, from time to time, requisition from the\n\nunemployment trust fund such amounts, not exceeding the amounts\n\nstanding to this state's account therein, as it deems necessary for\n\nthe payment of such benefits for a reasonable future period.
