Stat. tit. 40, § 40-3-702","heading":"Payments by the state subdivisions and instrumentalities","body":"in lieu of contributions.\n\nPAYMENTS BY THE STATE SUBDIVISIONS AND INSTRUMENTALITIES IN LIEU\n\nOF CONTRIBUTIONS. In lieu of contributions required of employers\n\nunder the Employment Security Act of 1980, as provided by this act,\n\nthe State of Oklahoma and its instrumentalities shall pay each\n\nquarter beginning after March 31, 1978, including any political\n\nsubdivision and its instrumentalities after December 31, 1977, one\n\npercent (1%) of taxable wages, as defined in this act, paid to\n\nemployees covered by this act.
