The Commission,\n\nin accordance with such rules as it may prescribe, shall notify each\n\nnonprofit organization, or group of organizations, of any\n\ndetermination which it may make of its status as an employer and of\n\nthe effective date of any election which it makes and of any\n\ntermination of such election.
