The Governor may, at any time, after\n\nnotice and hearing, remove any Commissioner for cause, and such\n\nCommissioner sought to be thus removed shall, if he so desires, be\n\ngiven a copy of the charges brought against him, and be given an\n\nopportunity of being publicly heard in person, or by counsel, upon\n\nnot less than ten (10) days' notice. Such hearing shall be had\n\nbefore the Governor of the State of Oklahoma.
