Not later than the fifteenth day of\n\nFebruary of each year, the Commission shall submit to the Governor a\n\nreport covering the administration and operation of this act during\n\nthe preceding calendar year and shall make such recommendations for\n\namendments to this act as the Commission shall deem proper. Such\n\nreport shall include a balance sheet of the moneys in the fund in\n\nwhich there shall be provided, if possible, a reserve against the\n\nliability in future years to pay benefits in excess of the then\n\ncurrent contributions, which reserve shall be set up by the\n\nCommission in accordance with accepted actuarial principles on the\n\nbasis of statistics of employment, business activity, and other\n\nrelevant factors for the longest possible period.","path":["OK Code","Title 40"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os40.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"5f1466d03d4f03e3d7f3591ffbc6bedfff4de820593e31bd0b84593fd92b8a08","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-40-40-4-305","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-40-40-4-307"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
