Stat. tit. 40, § 40-4-313","heading":"Commission to cooperate and comply with federal law","body":"COMMISSION TO COOPERATE AND COMPLY WITH FEDERAL LAW. In the\n\nadministration of this act the Oklahoma Employment Security\n\nCommission shall cooperate to the fullest extent consistent with the\n\nprovisions of this act, with the Social Security Act, as amended,\n\nand is authorized and directed to take such action, through the\n\nadoption of appropriate rules, administrative methods and standards,\n\nas may be necessary to secure to this state and its citizens all\n\nadvantages available under the provisions of such act, under the\n\nprovisions of Sections 1602 and 1603 of the Federal Unemployment Tax\n\nAct and under the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled \"An Act\n\nto provide for the establishment of a national employment system and\n\nfor cooperation with States in the promotion of such system, and for\n\nother purposes\", approved June 6, 1933, as amended. The Commission\n\nshall comply with the regulations of the Secretary of Labor relating\n\nto the receipt or expenditure by this state of monies granted under\n\nany of such acts and shall make such reports, in such form and\n\ncontaining such information as the Secretary of Labor may from time\n\nto time require, and shall comply with such provisions as the\n\nSecretary of Labor may from time to time find necessary to assure\n\nthe correctness and verification of such reports.\n\nThe Commission may afford reasonable cooperation with every\n\nagency of the United States charged with the administration of any\n\nunemployment insurance law.","path":["OK Code","Title 40"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os40.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"3748d78afba5c9045c2fe8e0bade49b907b3f43f09ea34cb652e546239c26b47","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-40-40-4-312","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-40-40-4-316"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
