If the Commission determines, to its\n\nsatisfaction, that suitable quarters, office space or facilities are\n\nnot readily obtainable, the Commission may enter into an agreement\n\nwith the board of county commissioners of any county, with any state\n\nagency or public trust, or with any private person or entity, for\n\nthe purchase of real property and any improvements or buildings\n\nthereon, for the purpose of providing office space to the\n\nCommission. The Commission shall not enter into any agreement under\n\nthe provisions of this section unless one hundred percent (100%)\n\nfederal financial participation is obtainable. All such agreements\n\nshall contain provisions regarding the financial participation\n\ntherein by the parties to the agreement, the payments made for the\n\npurchase of such property, and the ownership of such real property,\n\nimprovements and buildings thereon after payment of the cost of\n\nconstruction or renovation has been completed. All such provisions\n\nshall be consistent with the requirements necessary for the\n\nCommission to obtain or receive federal funds for such purpose.
