Stat. tit. 40, § 40-4-318","heading":"Employee performance recognition program - Veterans","body":"Service Division.\n\nIn order to encourage the improvement and modernization of\n\nemployment, training, and placement services for veterans, and to\n\nrecognize eligible employees for excellence in the provision of\n\nservices to veterans, or for having made demonstrable improvements\n\nin the provision of services to veterans, the Veterans Service\n\nDivision of the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission is directed\n\nto establish an employee performance recognition program. The\n\nCommission is hereby authorized to grant cash awards of up to Five\n\nThousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to the eligible employees meeting\n\ncriteria established by the Veterans Service Division of the\n\nOklahoma Employment Security Commission, provided funds exist from\n\nUnited States Department of Labor grants for the payment of the\n\nawards. For the purposes of this act, \"eligible employees\" means\n\nany of the following:\n\n1. A disabled veterans outreach program specialist;\n\n2. A local veterans employment representative; or\n\n3.
