Stat. tit. 40, § 40-4-509","heading":"Information to be furnished to public agencies","body":"INFORMATION TO BE FURNISHED TO PUBLIC AGENCIES.\n\nA. Subject to such restrictions as the Oklahoma Employment\n\nSecurity Commission may by rule prescribe, information maintained by\n\nthe Commission may be made available to any agency of this or any\n\nother state, or any federal agency, charged with the administration\n\nof an unemployment compensation law or the maintenance of a system\n\nof public employment offices, or the Internal Revenue Service of the\n\nUnited States Department of the Treasury, the United States Social\n\nSecurity Administration or the Oklahoma Tax Commission. Any\n\ninformation obtained in connection with the administration of the\n\nemployment service may be made available to:\n\n1. Persons or agencies for purposes appropriate to the\n\noperation of a public employment service; or\n\n2. Any agency of this state or its political subdivisions that\n\noperate a program or activity designated as a required partner in\n\nthe Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act One-Stop delivery\n\nsystem pursuant to 29 U.S.C., Section 3151(b)(1), in accordance with\n\na written agreement entered into between the partner and the\n\nCommission.\n\nB. Upon request, the Commission shall furnish to any agency of\n\nthe United States charged with the administration of public works or\n\nassistance through public employment, and may furnish to any state\n\nagency similarly charged, the name, address, ordinary occupation,\n\nand employment status of each recipient of benefits and such\n\nrecipient's rights to further benefits pursuant to the provisions of\n\nthe Employment Security Act of 1980. The Commission shall furnish\n\nto public agencies collecting debts created by food purchase\n\nassistance overissuances or administering Transitional Assistance to\n\nNeedy Families (TANF) or child support programs, promptly upon\n\nrequest and in the most economical, effective and timely manner,\n\ninformation as to:\n\n1. Whether an individual has applied for, is receiving or has\n\nreceived unemployment insurance and the amount;\n\n2. The individual's current address;\n\n3. Whether the individual has refused employment and if so a\n\ndescription of the job including the terms, conditions and rate of\n\npay; and\n\n4.
