The fund shall consist of all moneys\n\nappropriated by this state, all moneys received from the United\n\nStates of America, or any agency thereof, and all moneys received\n\nfrom any other source for such purpose, and shall also include any\n\nmoneys received from any agency of the United States or any other\n\nstate as compensation for services or facilities supplied to such\n\nagency, any amounts received pursuant to any surety bond or\n\ninsurance policy or from other sources for losses sustained by the\n\nEmployment Security Administration Fund or by reason of damage to\n\nequipment or supplies purchased from moneys in such fund, and any\n\nproceeds realized from the sale or disposition of any such equipment\n\nor supplies which may no longer be necessary for the proper\n\nadministration of this act.","path":["OK Code","Title 40"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os40.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"928a4affb4cba0738a62e821a9eed9d1c9d2697f02f700814942446b41ac19e2","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-40-40-4-603","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-40-40-4-605"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
