Stat. tit. 40, § 40-4-606","heading":"State Treasurer liable on official bond","body":"STATE TREASURER LIABLE ON OFFICIAL BOND. The State Treasurer\n\nshall be liable on his official bond for the faithful performance of\n\nhis duties in connection with the Employment Security Administration\n\nFund provided for under this act. Such liability on the official\n\nbond shall be effective immediately upon the enactment of this\n\nprovision, and such liability shall exist in addition to any\n\nliability upon any separate bond existent on the effective date of\n\nthis provision, or which may be given in the future.
