Monies credited to the account of this state in the\n\nUnemployment Trust Fund, described in Section 3-605 of this title,\n\nby the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States pursuant to 42\n\nU.S.C., Section 1103, may be used for the payment of unemployment\n\nbenefits to qualified claimants in this state, or may be\n\nappropriated by the Legislature following the procedure set out in\n\n42 U.S.C., Section 1103 (c)(2), for the administration of the\n\nunemployment compensation law and public employment offices in this\n\nstate.\n\nB.
