The administration of this act and of\n\nother state and federal unemployment compensation and public\n\nemployment service laws will be promoted by cooperation between this\n\nstate and such other states and the appropriate federal agencies in\n\nexchanging services, and making available facilities and\n\ninformation. The Commission is therefore authorized to make such\n\ninvestigations, secure and transmit such information, make available\n\nsuch services and facilities and exercise such of the other powers\n\nprovided herein with respect to the administration of this act as it\n\ndeems necessary or appropriate to facilitate the administration of\n\nany such unemployment compensation or public employment service law,\n\nand, in like manner, to accept and utilize information, services and\n\nfacilities made available to this state by the agency charged with\n\nthe administration of any such other unemployment compensation or\n\npublic employment service law.","path":["OK Code","Title 40"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os40.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"f8e6125b19d3a240187f5e0f35df5be4d23bf3bf2a08a1bc80581a6f95626e01","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-40-40-4-703","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-40-40-4-705"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
