For the purpose of establishing and\n\nmaintaining free public employment offices, and promoting the use of\n\ntheir facilities, the Commission is authorized to enter into\n\nagreements with the Railroad Retirement Board, or any other agency\n\nof the United States, or of this or any other state, charged with\n\nthe administration of any law whose purposes are reasonably related\n\nto the purposes of this act, and as a part of such agreements may\n\naccept moneys, services or quarters as a contribution to the\n\nmaintenance of the state system of public employment offices or as\n\nreimbursement for services performed.
