Stat. tit. 40, § 40-4-901","heading":"Oklahoma Employment Security Commission Revolving Fund","body":"\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission, to be designated\n\nthe \"Oklahoma Employment Security Commission Revolving Fund\". The\n\nrevolving fund shall consist of all penalties and interest received\n\nby the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission. Said revolving fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations\n\nand shall not be subject to legislative appropriation. Expenditures\n\nfrom said revolving fund shall be made pursuant to the laws of this\n\nstate and the statutes relating to the Oklahoma Employment Security\n\nCommission and shall be for administration expenses of the Oklahoma\n\nEmployment Security Commission and for any other purpose which the\n\nLegislature directs.
