Stat. tit. 40, § 40-405.1","heading":"Department of Labor Administrative Penalty Revolving","body":"Fund - Oklahoma Asbestos Control Act violations.\n\nA. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Department of Labor to be designated the \"Department of\n\nLabor Administrative Penalty Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all administrative fines collected by the Department for\n\nviolations of the Oklahoma Occupational Health and Safety Standards\n\nAct and the Oklahoma Asbestos Control Act, and any rules promulgated\n\nthereto. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund, except\n\nthose monies specified in subsection B of this section, are hereby\n\ndirected to be transferred by the Commissioner of Labor to the State\n\nTreasurer for deposit and credit to the General Revenue Fund at the\n\nend of each fiscal year.\n\nB. The Department of Labor shall retain up to Thirty Thousand\n\nDollars ($30,000.00) of monies accruing to the credit of the\n\nDepartment of Labor Administrative Penalty Revolving Fund, derived\n\nfrom citations for violations of the Oklahoma Occupational Health\n\nand Safety Standards Act, per fiscal year. Said monies shall only\n\nbe used in support of this act for the production and dissemination\n\nof workplace safety educational materials, for workplace safety\n\neducational presentations and training, or for the acquisition of\n\nworkplace safety equipment, to be provided by the Department of\n\nLabor, at its discretion, to employers as defined in Section 402 of\n\nthis title.
