The Commissioner pursuant to the provisions of Sections 301\n\nthrough 326 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes may prescribe,\n\nadopt, promulgate, amend and rescind health and safety standards,\n\nwhich shall be derived from national consensus standards designed\n\nfor the prevention of accidents in all places of employment and for\n\nthe protection of the life, health and safety of employees.\n\nB.
