Stat. tit. 40, § 40-417","heading":"Reports by employers of statistical data - Summary","body":"(1) To assure the availability of accurate, timely statistical\n\ndata concerning occupational health and safety in Oklahoma, all\n\nemployers as defined in Section 402 of this title shall submit\n\nreports, on a form and in a manner prescribed by the Commissioner of\n\nLabor. Reports shall include only those injuries arising from\n\nemployment within the State of Oklahoma.\n\n(2) The Department may exempt from this requirement those\n\nclasses of employers for whose operations adequate records of safety\n\nexperience are already available or the Department may exempt any\n\nemployer from this requirement when, in the judgment of the\n\nCommissioner, the submission of annual reports by such employer is\n\nnot necessary to carry out the purposes of this act and would be an\n\nundue burden upon such employer because of size, the nature of its\n\noperation or other special circumstances.\n\n(3) The Department shall publish each year a detailed summary\n\nof the statistical data received from employers.
