Stat. tit. 40, § 40-454","heading":"Suspension, revocation or refusal to issue license -","body":"Hearing - Appeal.\n\nIf the Commissioner finds that a contractor has violated any of\n\nthe provisions of the Oklahoma Asbestos Control Act or any rule\n\npromulgated pursuant to the Oklahoma Asbestos Control Act, the\n\nCommissioner may suspend, revoke or refuse to issue the license of\n\nthe contractor after a hearing held for such purpose. Such hearing\n\nshall be held within thirty (30) days after written notice has been\n\nsent to the contractor by certified mail. If, after such hearing,\n\nthe Commissioner finds cause to suspend, revoke or refuse to issue a\n\nlicense, the contractor shall be given written notice of the\n\ndecision of the Commissioner and the basis therefor. The decision\n\nshall become final at the end of thirty (30) days from the date of\n\nsuch notice, unless appealed to the district court.
