Pursuant to the authority granted to the Commissioner of\n\nLabor under Section 460 of Title 40 of the Oklahoma Statutes to\n\npromulgate rules for the safe installation, repair, maintenance,\n\nuse, operation, and inspection of all amusement rides necessary for\n\nthe protection of the general public using amusement rides, the\n\nCommissioner of Labor shall promulgate rules regarding the\n\ndefinition of alteration.\n\nB.
