Pursuant to the authority granted to the Commissioner of\n\nLabor under Section 460 of Title 40 of the Oklahoma Statutes to\n\npromulgate rules for the safe installation, repair, maintenance,\n\nuse, operation, and inspection of all amusement rides necessary for\n\nthe protection of the general public using amusement rides, the\n\nCommissioner of Labor shall promulgate rules regarding amusement\n\nride maintenance, inspection, and repair records.\n\nB. Rules promulgated pursuant to subsection A of this section\n\nshall include the following language:\n\nThe owner of an amusement ride shall maintain up-to-date\n\nmaintenance, inspection, and repair records between inspection\n\nperiods for each amusement ride in the manner provided by the\n\nCommissioner of Labor.
