The Commissioner of Labor may promulgate rules establishing\n\na schedule of administrative fees for the registration and\n\ninspection of amusement and other rides. The following fees shall\n\nremain in effect until such rules become effective, at which time\n\nthe fees contained in this section shall be superseded by rule.\n\nFees collected by the Department of Labor for the registration and\n\ninspection of amusement and other rides shall be deposited into the\n\nDepartment of Labor Revolving Fund.\n\n1. The annual ride registration fee shall be: $25.00\n\n2. The inspection fee shall be:\n\na. Amusement Rides $50.00\n\nb. Other Rides per hour $100.00\n\nB. The Commissioner of Labor shall not issue an original\n\ncertificate of inspection for an amusement ride until he receives\n\ncertification in writing that such amusement rides meet the\n\nrequirements established by the Commissioner of Labor for amusement\n\nrides. The Commissioner of Labor shall designate by rule and\n\nregulation pursuant to Section 460 of this title the qualifications\n\nof the inspectors making the inspections required by this section.\n\nC. Any permanent amusement park ride owner or operator shall\n\nfile a copy of a certificate of insurance with the Commissioner of\n\nLabor on or before February 1 of each year. Such certificate of\n\ninsurance shall be in such form as to reflect the safety inspection\n\nrequirements for obtaining such insurance and the date of the last\n\ninspection. The amount of the premium and the amount of coverage\n\nshall not be required to be disclosed in the certificate.\n\nThe Commissioner may accept such certificate and insurance\n\ninspection as evidence sufficient to issue a certificate of\n\ninspection for the permanent amusement park ride.\n\nD. The Governing Board of the State Fair of Oklahoma, the Tulsa\n\nState Fair, and the Muskogee State Fair shall file a copy of a\n\ncertificate of insurance with the Commissioner of Labor before the\n\nrides are put into operation at each location for the use of the\n\npublic.
