The Commissioner of Labor may issue a written order for the\n\ntemporary cessation of operation of an amusement ride if it has been\n\ndetermined after inspection to be hazardous or unsafe. Operations\n\nshall not resume until such conditions are corrected to the\n\nsatisfaction of the Commissioner of Labor. The Commissioner of\n\nLabor or his authorized inspector may inspect any amusement ride\n\nwithout notice.\n\nB. In addition to other powers confirmed by this act, the\n\nCommissioner or his authorized representative shall have power to\n\norder any person, firm, corporation, corporate officers, trustees or\n\nany managing official of any municipal corporation, state agency or\n\npolitical subdivision to cease violating any provision of this act,\n\nor rule or regulations issued pursuant to this act. A certified\n\ncopy of such order shall be mailed to the person or entity so\n\nviolating the provisions of this act.\n\nC. Any order issued by the Commissioner or his authorized\n\nrepresentative may be enforced in the district court in an action\n\nfor an injunction or writ of mandamus upon the petition of the\n\ndistrict attorney or Attorney General.
