Nothing contained in this act shall prevent cities and\n\ncounties from regulating amusement rides nor prevent them from\n\nenacting ordinances in addition to the rules and regulations\n\npromulgated by the Commissioner of Labor which may be more\n\nrestrictive than thisact with respect to amusement rides.\n\nB. If a political subdivision presents satisfactory evidence to\n\nthe Commissioner of Labor that it can perform the inspections\n\nrequired by this act, the Commissioner of Labor may delegate his\n\npower of inspection.\n\nC. The delegation of power is subject to an agreement entered\n\ninto by the Commissioner of Labor and the agency, political\n\nsubdivision or municipality.\n\nD.
