Any violation of the provisions of Sections 460 through 468\n\nof this title shall be a misdemeanor. Conviction thereof shall be\n\npunished by a fine not exceeding One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or\n\nby not more than one (1) year in the county jail, or both such fine\n\nand imprisonment. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate\n\noffense.\n\nB. The Commissioner of Labor may promulgate rules establishing\n\na schedule of administrative penalties and fines for violations of\n\nSections 460 through 468 of this title which may be in addition to\n\nor in lieu of the criminal penalties provided in this section. The\n\npromulgation of an administrative fine schedule shall grant the\n\nCommissioner authority to impose those administrative fines for any\n\nviolation of Sections 460 through 468 of this title.
