Stat. tit. 40, § 40-470","heading":"Department of Labor Administrative Penalty Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Department of Labor to be designated the \"Department of\n\nLabor Administrative Penalty Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all administrative fines collected by the Department for\n\nviolations of amusement ride safety pursuant to Sections 463 through\n\n469 of Title 40 of the Oklahoma Statutes and the rules promulgated\n\nthereto.
