Stat. tit. 40, § 40-483","heading":"Administration of Job Training Partnership Act - Transfer","body":"to Employment Security Commission.\n\nThe duties and responsibilities currently performed by the\n\nOklahoma Department of Commerce with regards to administration of\n\nthe Job Training Partnership Act of 1982, 29 U.S.C., Section 1501 et\n\nseq., and all related property, records and personnel, are hereby\n\ntransferred to the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission.\n\nEmployees transferred to the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission\n\nshall be classified and subject to the provisions of the Merit\n\nSystem of Personnel Administration as provided for in the Oklahoma\n\nPersonnel Act.
