There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving\n\nfund for the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission to be\n\ndesignated the \"OESC Computer Fund\". The OESC Computer Fund shall\n\nbe separate and distinct from the Unemployment Compensation Fund and\n\nshall consist of:\n\n1. All monies received from employers and paid pursuant to\n\nSection 6-104 of this title;\n\n2. All other sums, from whatever source, received by the\n\nCommission and paid into the OESC Computer Fund; and\n\n3. Property and securities acquired by and through the use of\n\nmonies in the OESC Computer Fund.\n\nB. The OESC Computer Fund shall be a continuing fund, not\n\nsubject to fiscal year limitations. All monies accruing to the\n\ncredit of the OESC Computer Fund are hereby appropriated and may be\n\nbudgeted and expended for the purposes set forth in Section 6-102 of\n\nthis title.
