Stat. tit. 40, § 40-6-103","heading":"Custodian and treasurer of fund","body":"CUSTODIAN AND TREASURER OF FUND.\n\nA. The State Treasurer shall be the custodian and treasurer of\n\nthe OESC Computer Fund.\n\nB. The State Treasurer shall deposit the monies belonging to\n\nthe OESC Computer Fund, that are in his or her custody, subject to\n\nthe provisions of Section 7 of this act.\n\nC. The State Treasurer, as custodian of the OESC Computer Fund,\n\nshall hold, invest, transfer, sell, deposit, and release those\n\nmonies, properties, or securities in a manner approved by the\n\nOklahoma Employment Security Commission. Provided, however, that\n\nthose monies shall be invested in the classes of securities legal\n\nfor investment of public monies of this state.
