Stat. tit. 40, § 40-6-104","heading":"Computer fund assessments","body":"COMPUTER FUND ASSESSMENTS.\n\nA. 1. For the period from July 1, 1997, to June 30, 1998, each\n\nemployer subject to the provisions of Sections 3-103, 3-109 and 3-\n\n110 of Title 40 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall be required to pay an\n\nOESC Computer Fund assessment equal to fifty percent (50%) of the\n\nunemployment contributions that would be owed to the Oklahoma\n\nEmployment Security Commission before any rate reduction is made\n\npursuant to Section 3 of this act. This assessment shall be in\n\naddition to any contribution which that employer is required to make\n\npursuant to the provisions of the Employment Security Act of 1980.\n\n2. The assessment provided for in this section shall not be\n\nconsidered part of any contribution required of an individual\n\nemployer pursuant to the Employment Security Act of 1980, nor shall\n\nit be considered for purposes of determining the individual\n\nemployers contribution rate.\n\nB. Employers assigned a tax rate pursuant to Sections 3-103 and\n\n3-110 of Title 40 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall pay an OESC\n\nComputer Fund assessment equal to the rate reduction granted them\n\npursuant to Section 3 of this act.\n\nC. Employers who qualify for an earned rate calculated pursuant\n\nto Section 3-109 of Title 40 of the Oklahoma Statutes, and are given\n\na rate of five and one-half percent (5.5%), shall be exempt from the\n\nprovisions of this section.\n\nD. Employers making payments in lieu of contributions pursuant\n\nto Sections 3-702, 3-705 and 3-806 of Title 40 of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes shall be exempt from the provisions of this section.\n\nE. The assessment shall be made and collected by the Oklahoma\n\nEmployment Security Commission for deposit, on a quarterly basis, to\n\nthe credit of the OESC Computer Fund. Provided, all monies received\n\nby the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission for the account of\n\nthe OESC Computer Fund, upon receipt, shall be deposited in a\n\nclearance account in a financial institution located in this state.\n\nF. Once the sum of Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000.00) is\n\ncollected through this assessment, any amount of money collected\n\nthrough this assessment in excess of Twenty Million Dollars\n\n($20,000,000.00) shall be transferred to the Unemployment\n\nCompensation Fund.\n\nG.
