This act shall be known and may be cited as the \"Oklahoma\n\nProfessional Employer Organization Recognition and Registration\n\nAct\".\n\nB. The Legislature hereby finds:\n\n1. That professional employer organizations provide a valuable\n\nservice to commerce and the citizens of this state by increasing the\n\nopportunities of employers to develop cost-effective methods of\n\nsatisfying their personnel requirements and providing employees with\n\naccess to certain employment benefits which might otherwise not be\n\navailable to them;\n\n2. That professional employer organizations operating in this\n\nstate should be properly recognized and regulated by the Department\n\nof Insurance of this state, as provided in this act; and\n\n3.
