Upon filing an initial registration\n\nstatement under the Oklahoma Professional Employer Organization\n\nRecognition and Registration Act, a PEO shall pay an initial\n\nregistration fee of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).\n\nB. Initial Group Registration. Upon filing an initial Group\n\nregistration statement pursuant to the Oklahoma Professional\n\nEmployer Organization Recognition and Registration Act, the PEO\n\nGroup shall pay an initial registration fee of Five Hundred Dollars\n\n($500.00) per member of the PEO Group.\n\nC. Renewal. Upon each annual renewal of a registration\n\nstatement filed under the Oklahoma Professional Employer\n\nOrganization Recognition and Registration Act, a PEO shall pay a\n\nrenewal fee of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00).\n\nD. Renewal. Upon each annual renewal of a Group registration\n\nstatement filed under the Oklahoma Professional Employer\n\nOrganization Recognition and Registration Act, a PEO Group shall pay\n\na renewal fee of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) per member of\n\nthe PEO Group.\n\nE. Exemption.
