Stat. tit. 40, § 40-600.9","heading":"Refusal to register - Suspension or revocation of","body":"registration.\n\nThe Insurance Commissioner may, after notice and opportunity for\n\nhearing, refuse to register any person, suspend or revoke the\n\nregistration of any professional employer organization, or impose\n\nadministrative fines as provided for in the Oklahoma Professional\n\nEmployer Organization Recognition and Registration Act if the\n\nCommissioner finds:\n\n1. That the registrant or applicant has violated any of the\n\nprovisions of this section, rules lawfully promulgated by the\n\nCommissioner, or the conditions of financial assurances required by\n\nthis act;\n\n2. That the registrant or applicant has engaged in a\n\nfraudulent, deceptive, or dishonest practice; or\n\n3.
