Except as provided by subsection B of this section, any\n\ncontract or agreement between a minor and a union is not a valid\n\ncontract or agreement and shall be null and void for any purpose\n\nincluding, but not limited to, official recognition by a union for\n\npurposes of intent or interest by a minor to join, vote, or consent\n\nto any action of the union.\n\nB. Any contract or agreement between a minor and a union shall\n\nbe signed and adjoined by the parent or legal guardian of the minor.\n\nThe minor, or parent or legal guardian of the minor, shall have the\n\nright to rescind the contract or agreement within ninety (90) days\n\nof the date of the contract or agreement.\n\nC. Any funds received by a union in an attempt to contractually\n\nobligate a minor, without meeting the provisions set forth in\n\nsubsection B of this section, shall be fully refunded to the minor\n\nwithin thirty (30) days after receipt of written notice from the\n\nminor, or parent or legal guardian of the minor.
