Stat. tit. 40, § 40-906","heading":"Oklahoma Workforce Commission Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Workforce Commission to be designated the \"Oklahoma\n\nWorkforce Commission Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the Commission from\n\nappropriations, donations, grants, and other sources of funding.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Commission for\n\nthe purpose of duties imposed upon the Commission by law.\n\nExpenditures from said fund shall be made upon warrants issued by\n\nthe State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with\n\nthe Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for\n\napproval and payment.","path":["OK Code","Title 40"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os40.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"aaa93c8c9babe3aab4049ebb246d38905cf6f8038debb6bbf58a1579040bc1df","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-40-40-905","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-41-41-1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
