An aggrieved party under the provisions of this act has a\n\nduty to mitigate damages.\n\nB. Any right, obligation or remedy declared by this act is\n\nenforceable in any court of appropriate jurisdiction including small\n\nclaims court and may be prosecuted as part of an action for forcible\n\nentry or detainer unless the provision declaring it specifies a\n\ndifferent and limited effect.
